SINGLE-PIPE SYSTEM

A system that allows for stable and fully controlled operation of the ventilation system, comparable to mechanical ventilation, while maintaining simplicity and low operating costs. It is used in multi-family and industrial buildings.

System that assures stable and fully controlled working of the ventilation system. Just like mechanical ventilation, but with the advantages of simplicity and low operating costs. It is used in multi-family and industrial buildings.

System includes:

  • Turbowent chimney cowl
  • stabilizer
  • air intake set
  • pipe system

Elements of the pipe system allow making the installation complete. Fittings are compatible with individual devices of the hybrid ventilation system, making  mounting works quick and easy. Connections are equipped with gaskets, what guarantees required tightness.

FLAP VALVES

Aesthetical covering of the ventilation ducts air-holes and outlets of air – heating systems.

Flap valves are an aesthetical covering of the ventilation ducts air-holes and outlets of air – heating systems. Special rotating plate allows to regulate the amount of air flow.
Easy-Mounting system consists of: placing frame into the air hole in a solid way and screwing the flap valve into it. Flexible ducts can be easily connected to the frame.

DARCO offers:

Air supply flap valve – covering the air-supply holes

Air exhaust flap valve – covering the exhaust ventilation air holes

Air supply/exhaust flap valve – air supply/exhaust, made with stainless steel

Mounting frame – allows to place the flap valve in celling (always included with the valve)

Usage:

  • covering hot air distribution outlets
  • covering the exhaust ventilation air holes (only inside buildings)

KY-TYPE FLANGES

KY-type flanges in Hot Air Distribution System are used to  adjust the amount of air supplied to the rooms.

Kryzy - zdjęcie główne

KY-type flanges in Hot Air Distribution System are used to  adjust the amount of air supplied to the rooms. They are to be mounted in frames of shield grates (rectangular flanges) or inside inlet cassettes (round flanges). Adjustment is done by breaking out proper amount of shutters. Thanks to this it is possible to balance the airflow coming to all rooms.

STABILER DRAUGHT STABILIZER

Main purpose of the stabilizer is to reduce excessive flow of air through the ventilation duct.

STABILER-draught stabilizer, designed to be mounted in the horizontal section of the ventilation duct of natural or hybrid ventilation systems – directly behind a entilation grille. Main purpose of the device is to reduce an excessive extraction of air through the ventilation duct. It is constructed in a special way to allow the flow of extract air up to a certain limit. Small airflow meets low resistance. Every time the flow of air gets bigger and  rises above the limit, damper closes gradually and flow of air is reduced and maintained at the proper level. Maximum air flow rates are set in accordance with Polish regulations on ventilation. Accordingly, it is easy to determine which type of device is suitable for a given space to ventilate.

Draught stabilizer can be mounted behind a typical ventilation grille. In order to do so, remove the grille from its frame first, then fit the stabilizer’s frame behind the mounting frame of the grille and secure it with fitting foam. Stabilizer’s frame is equipped with special holes through which foam can be sprayed inside. After the foam is hardened, mount the stabilizer inside the frame and fit the ventilation grille back.
