FILTERS AND DISTRIBUTING BOXES

They allow to filter the air in the hot air distribution system and distribute it to various sections.

Filter boxes allow the air circulating in the hot air distribution system to be purified from the mechanical dust and dirt.

Distributing boxes are used in thehot air distribution systems as connectors between different parts of the system and allow the air to be distributed into several different ways.

FLEXIBLE PIPES

Easiest method of creating hot air transporting ducts.

Flexible pipes are the easiest method of creating hot air transporting ducts, in DARCO offer there are insulated flexible pipes preventing from heat losses as well as non-insulated ones. All elements are designed to be used with hot air distribution systems (have proper heat resistance).

In DARCO offer you can find:

HOT AIR VENTILATORS

Hot air distributors are a key  element of all fireplace hot air distribution systems. Hot air ventilator sucks the hot air from fireplace hood  and pumps it to various rooms in the building.

The second generation AN and ANeco -ventilators offer new possibilities and benefits:

QUIET OPERATION
through optimised control (without changing the technical parameters).

STEERING
We provide a wide range of modern controllers to choose from. It is important to note that  ANII operates only with a controller.  In addition, there is the option of remote control via WI-FI from a laptop or smartphone and integration into a smart building system. The ERO-32AP-0 automatic speed controller allows you to work in several time zones.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
An external thermostat can be independently mounted anywhere  between the fireplace cap and the Hot Air Ventilator unit  in the Hot Air Distribution system. This makes the installation of the bypass with the ANII supply unit much easier and faster.

DIRECT POWER SUPPLY
The controllers are powered by 24V directly from the Hot Air Ventilator unit  and do not require an additional power supply.

In addition, Hot Air Ventilator  ANeco – II  is equipped with an energy-saving electronically commutated EC motor of the latest generation guaranteeing up to 50% less electricity consumption than a standard AC motor, and the modern design of  this ANeco – II unit allows it to be installed in one of 16 positions, including hanging.

BYPASSES

Bypass also stabilizes temperature in the system, by opening a damper and sucking cool air, when the air coming into the ventilator is too hot.

BANeco and BAN thermostatic bypasses with special damper and metal filter are used to prepare air coming into the hot air ventilator. It protects the hot air ventilator from overheating (when motor is not working, for example due to a lack of electricity) by shutting the valve and ejecting air through a damper to another room. BANeco and BAN are also equipped with a metal filter with low flow resistance.

The BAN bypass is compatible with the AN hot air ventilator.

The BANeco bypass is compatible with the ANeco hot air ventilator.

HOT AIR DISTRIBUTION SET

Hot air ventilator with bypass is used to prepare and distribute hot air coming from the fireplace hood to various rooms in the building.

BANAN Hot Air Distribution Set is designed to distribute warm air from the drip above the fireplace hearth to the living areas. It is a combination of a AN Hot Air Ventilator  and a bypass. When the air temperature reaches the set value, the set automatically turns on. It will turn off if the temperature of the air flowing from the fireplace falls below the set temperature. BANAN Hot Air Distribution Set significantly increases the efficiency of the fireplace heating system and protects the operation of the system from overheating.

BANAN-II Hot Air Distribution Set  is a combination of the  AN – II Hot Air Ventilator with the BAN bypass.

BANANeco-II Hot Air Distribution Set  is a combination of ANeco-II Hot Air Ventilator  with BANeco bypass.

CAGI – TYPE COWL

Classic static chimney cowl for ventilation or gas flues.

Static chimney cowl CAGI is a device, which uses the dynamic force of the wind to increase the chimney draught. The head creates a pressure difference forcing the air in the duct to move up. It is to be mounted on gravitation based chimney ducts endings: ventilation or flue-gas heating (dry fumes).

Usage:

  • when there are wind fluctuations on the chimney duct ending, caused by its bad location
  • when there is an unfavorable terrain configuration, with strong and frequent winds
  • when there is a lack of chimney draught or it is too weak
  • in order to improve the natural (gravitation) ventilation.

CAPS

Cap protects chimney ducts from rain and snow. Aesthetical covering of ducts.

Caps are devices which protects the chimney duct from rain or snow. It is to be mounted on gravitation based (natural) ventilation or flue (gas, oil) ducts. DARCO offers:

– Cap with base (WDA) Ø100÷Ø250 Cap with base is a device that protects the chimney duct (ventilation, flue) from rain or snow.

– Cap (DA) Ø100÷Ø250 Cap is a device that protects ventilation and flue chimney ducts from rain or snow.

– Cap with force-in mounting base (DA-PT) Ø100÷Ø250 Cap is a device that protects ventilation and flue ducts from rain or snow.

– Cap in a box DAP Ø60÷Ø80, Ø100÷Ø130, Ø140÷Ø180, Ø200÷Ø250 Cap in a box is a chimney cap of full value that fits in … a pizza box. Unique mounting method, with no usage of tools needed, universal sizes and simple installation, makes it a good solution for all chimney pipe endings. CHIMNEY EXTENSION

Covering of existing ceramic chimney tops of non-standard measurements.

Round and rectangular chimney extensions are used to lengthen the existing chimney ducts of non-standard dimensions. It should be attached to the concrete chimney cap with screw and sealed with proper sealant.

GCK DRAUGHT GENERATOR

Its principle is to increase chimney draught no matter of what the chimney height, wind speed or other natural conditions are.

GCK DRAUGHT GENERATOR is a chimney fan that is is to be mounted on the top of a chimney (flue or smoke). Its principle is to increase and stabilize chimney draught no matter of what the chimney height, wind speed or other natural conditions are. Draught generator creates underpressure in the chimney duct using a special physical effect – called injection. It is based on creating the stream of airflow in the secondary duct, which creates underpressure in the main chimney duct. Air movement is caused by ventilator which is placed outside the duct. This working mode does not block the chimney duct and does not obstruct the fume extraction as well as allows the device to withstand high temperatures.

It is to be mounted on smoke chimney endings mostly in individual housing.

Usage:

  • when there are wind fluctuations on the chimney duct ending, caused by its bad location
  • when there is an unfavorable terrain configuration, with strong and frequent winds
  • when there is a lack of chimney draught or it is too weak (f.e. when the chimney duct is too short)
