SWK – CHIMNEY LINERS

Chimney liners are made of acid-resistant chrome-nickel stainless steel sheet (type 1.4404 according to DIN 17441) of thickness range from 0,5 to 1,0 mm. Their standard application is fume extraction from gas and oil fired heating devices, working in negative preassure conditions. These types of  chimneys are resistant to corrosion process caused by acid condensate, produced during burning process.

Advantages:

  • acid-resistant, especially against sulphuric acid
  • much lower resistance of fume flows in comparsion to traditional brick chimneys, because of small roughness of the surface
  • possibility of applying chimney liners inside buildings, in lately built chimney duct, as well as during the renovation of the old ones

Heat resistant chimney liner system are single-walled chimney liners and ducts, made of heat resistant chrome-nickel steel sheet (type 1.4828 according to DIN 17441). SWKE – FLEXIBLE STAINLESS CHIMNEY LINERS

To renovate old, uneven chimney ducts.

Flexible chimney liners are made with chrome-nickel strip 1.4404 of 0, 12mm thickness. They are used as a protection of chimney ducts extracting fumes from gas and oil heating devices working in negative pressure. To construct a SWKE system, rigid elements (of the SWK system) can be used, connected with the flexible pipe with the usage of special connectors.

Their application is fume extraction from stoves, where the fumes temperature can rise up even to 1200 ºC.

SPK – CHIMNEY CONNECTIONS

Most popular way of connecting stoves, fireplaces and solid fuel burning appliances to the chimney.

Chimney connection system is used for building chimney connections (connecting stove with chimney duct), it is made with mild steel sheet type DC01. It is recommended as a smoke extraction duct from solid fuels burning devices, where the temperature can rise up to 1000 oC. Pipe elements are welded with laser technology, that guarantees  highest connection quality, aesthetics and tightness.

SPKP -CHIMNEY CONNECTIONS FOR PELLETS STOVES

Recommended as fume extraction from heating appliances for pellets.

Chimney connections are made with mild DC01 steel sheet (in thickness 1,2 [mm]) powder coated. They are used as a chimney connections for pellet stoves. In the bell connection special silicone seals are used, what makes the system airtight and, because of  that, possible to use in overpressure installations. Elements are powder coated with high temperature silicone coat (inside and outside). They are available in black color. Maximal temperature of constant work:  250°C.

Elements are powder coated with heat resistant paint in black metallic color.  Maximal temperature of constant work:  250°C. Maximal working temperature without seal: 400 °C. (G300).

The system is used to exhaust fumes from modern gas fireplaces with closed combustion chamber.

Air-Flue chimney system for gas fireplaces  is a concentric double walled chimney system made of stainless steel: inner pipe – 1.4404, outer pipe – 1.4301. The system is used to exhaust fumes from modern gas fireplaces with closed combustion chamber. Air needed for burning process is taken from outside (through special air intakes) and then flows in the gap between the inner and outer chimney pipes. Smoke gases, from the burning process are taken out from the building using the inner pipe (natural convection).
System secures ceramic surfaces of chimney duct from damages that can be caused by destructive influence chemical substances which are part of flue gases. Max working temperature: 600 °C.

Double walled chimney system is used for building chimneys and chimney ducts made of stainless steel, taking out wet fumes from oil and gas boilers working with negative pressure. Chimneys are build with the inner pipe made with 1.4404 (acc. to DIN17441) stainless steel, outer pipe – 1.4301 (acc. to DIN17441), thermal insulation – mineral wool, thickness 50mm.
