Rotary chimney cowl Turbowent TULIPAN is a device, which, in a dynamic way, uses force of the wind to increase chimney draught. The turbine always rotates in the same direction no matter of the wind strength or its direction. It is to be mounted on gravitation based ventilation chimney duct endings, esspecialy on individual and multi storey housing. Thanks to its unique construction it can be mounted on ducts which are very close to each other. Mounting of standard version is very easy and does not require any tools.

Usage:

  • when there are wind fluctuations on the chimney duct ending, caused by its bad location
  • when there is an unfavorable terrain configuration, with strong and frequent winds
  • when there is a lack of chimney draught or it is too weak
  • in order to improve the natural (gravitation) ventilation.

Rotary chimney cowl TURBOWENT WITH EXTERNAL BEARINGS is a device which, in a dynamic way, uses force of the wind to increase chimney draught. The turbine always rotates in the same direction no matter of the wind strength or its direction. It is to be mounted on gravitation based combustion chimney duct endings, esspecialy on individual and multi storey housing. Special construction of the bearing system prevents it from overheating or damaging cause of acids.

Usage:

  • creating chimney draught in fume exhausting ducts (where temperature does not exceed 250 ºC)

HYBRID TURBOWENT TULIPAN Ø150

Its construction allows it to be mounted on ducts which are very close to each other.

Hybrid Turbowent TULIPAN chimney cowl is a device, which, in a dynamic way, use force of the wind to increase chimney draught. It is equipped with a low power brushless electric motor. When the wind speed is too small to achieve the desired efficiency, electric motor speeds the turbine up, when it is too strong it slows the turbine down. When the wind speed is strong enough to achieve the rotation speed set on the steering device, motor does not work, and cowl works just like the ordinary Turbowent Tulipan.

The construction of the cowl allows it to be mounted on ducts which are very close to each other.

Chimney covers with caps enables building up top of concrete chimneys with vertical ducts in an easy way.

Chimney bases allow to connect various types of chimney cowls to the chimney.

Chimney covers with caps enables building up top of concrete chimneys with vertical ducts in an easy way. This type of covering protects ducts from rain and snow as well as assures aesthetical chimney top finishing. The solution allows building up chimneys, which are made of prefabricated elements covered with a concrete cap. Elements of the set should be fixed to concrete cap with mounting elements like screws or silicone.

Chimney bases allow to connect various types of chimney cowls to the chimney. Different types of bases are designed in order to create the best possible solution for tight and secure connection to the roof or chimney.

Hybrid Solar Turbowent is a rotary chimney cowl, working in two ways, when the wind is blowing strong enough to provide the efficiency needed, cowl works just like ordinary wind driven cowl.

When wind speed is not strong enough but sun shines – electric motor speeds the turbine up. This is because the brand new Hybrid Solar Turbowent is a hybrid cowl equipped with a photovoltaic panel, allowing it to work in windless, but sunny days. Photovoltaic panel generates power which is used by motor to drive the cowl. Hybrid Solar Turbowent is to be mounted on the chimney with no cables needed, also precise setting panel towards sun does not require any tools.

HYBRID TURBOWENT PLUS Ø200 – Ø400 – STANDARD

Hybrid Turbowent PLUS is a brand new concept in hybrid ventilation systems. As all hybrid chimney cowls, Hybrid Turbowent PLUS devices use force of the wind to increase chimney draught, when wind is not strong enough – low power electric motor is used to speed the turbine up and achieve desired efficiency, on the other hand, electric motor slows the turbine down when wind blows too fast.

Moreover, thanks to special vanes inside the turbine, efficiency as  well as pressure created are substantially increased, while still maintaining the key advantages of low energy consumption and low emission of sound.

Unique thing of the “PLUS” version is that it is equipped with special blades that are mounted inside the turbine, thanks to this solution parameters of the cowl are substantially increased. In fact, because of this, Hybrid Turbowent Plus works almost like a ventilator, at the same time, still keeping the key advantages of low energy consumption, minimal noise level and the “hybridity” (because, when the wind speed is strong enough to achieve the rotation speed set on the steering device, motor does not work, and cowl runs just like the ordinary wind driven Turbowent).
