  1. To whom is the Privacy Policy addressed?
    1. DARCO sp. z o.o. based in Debica pays special attention to the privacy of users using the www.darco.pl website. If you use the website, the privacy policy is addressed to you.
    2. When we receive personal data from you, we will immediately provide you with detailed information about the processing of your personal data, but in the privacy policy, we decided to repeat them again so that you can find them quickly. Here you will find information on how we use from the personal information you provide us with, how we protect it and your rights and obligations.
  2. Who collects my personal data?
    1. The administrator of your personal data is DARCO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Dębica, Metalowców Street 43, 39-200 Dębica.

  3. How is my personal data collected?
    1. If you visit a website, IT data concerning your visit is collected automatically, in particular:
      • IP address,
      • Type of operating system,
      • browser type/type.
      • A visit to our website does not require you to provide any other information or personal data.
    2. other data is only collected voluntarily by other means, e.g. telephone, fax, e-mail or by the appropriate forms, if you wish to provide us with such data. By these means you can provide us with your personal data, which may contain:
      • your first and last name,
      • e-mail address,
      • 3rd phone number,
      • address of residence.
    3. in summary, we may collect and further process your personal data for purposes:
      • answering your inquiries (if you have called or written to us with a question – including a question about an offer and/or a request to prepare an offer);
      • marketing your own products (if you are our client, we may process your data for marketing purposes within the framework of a so-called legitimate interest, we use cookie-based remarketing tools on the same basis, otherwise our marketing activities are based on your consent);
      • sending newsletters – if you have agreed to this;
      • recruitment – if you have sent us your application.
    4. The basis for our processing of your data is your request before entering into a contract with us – if you write or call us with an enquiry. If you are our customer, the basis for processing your data is the contract concluded with us. If you have expressed your wish to receive the newsletter or if you have agreed to a marketing contact by telephone, your consent is the basis for our processing of your data;
    5. your data is transferred by us for billing purposes – if you are our client. Sometimes your data may be passed on to courier companies or other entities or persons in cases necessary for the processing of your requests. If you have subscribed on newlsetter, your data will be passed on to the company providing e-mail marketing services;
    6. we will process your data until we have completed our correspondence on the subject or until the contracts concluded between us have been fulfilled and the claims arising from this have become time-barred. As far as the newsletter or the consent for commercial contact by telephone is concerned, we will process your data as long as you do not withdraw your consent;
    7. At any time you have the right to access, correct, delete or reduce the extent to which we process your data. You can also always object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes;
    8. You can request that your data be transferred to another data controller at any time;
    9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Data Protection Authority) about the processing of your personal data;
    10. the provision of your information to us is usually voluntary. The provision of data for the contract is necessary for its implementation. In turn, it is necessary to provide your e-mail address if you wish to receive the newsletter.
  4. How does the collection of data to subscribe to the newsletter look like?
    1. In case of subscribing to the newsletter and agreeing to receive it, please provide the necessary data and e-mail address, to which information from us will be sent.
    2. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter.
    3. we do not use your data to make decisions based on automated data processing which could affect your legal situation or have other similarly important consequences for you. On the other hand, a modern e-mail marketing system allows you to analyse the actions of your recipients after receiving a message from us. We do this to better adapt the content of the newsletter to your interests. You can object to our processing of your data in this way at any time.
  5. How is personal data collected automatically? What are cookies?
    1. As we have already mentioned, we automatically collect some of your data when you visit our website. This data is collected by so-called “cookies”.
    2. Cookies are files that are sent to your computer or other device while you are browsing a website.
    3. cookies allow us to remember and check your preferences. This allows us to improve your search results, ensure the accuracy of the information you display.
    4. Cookies do not make any modifications or changes to the settings on the device or software that is installed on your device.

  6. What other technologies do we use on the site?
    1. Statistical analyses of our web page
      • we use various tools that allow us to collect statistical data to understand how users use from our service and how we can improve it for them. The data we receive from these tools are aggregated statistical data and do not give us information about a particular person. Some of the tools (e.g. HotJar) allow us to know how the site was used by a random user, but they are not able to identify that person and do not provide data that would allow us to identify that person.
      • The tools we use include Google Analytics. They use “cookies” technology in order to enable the presentation of reliable data.
      • The authors of these tools may collect on their servers data obtained from placing cookies on their devices and use this information to create reports and provide other services related to traffic and Internet use.
      • The companies that are the authors of these tools may also pass on this information to third parties if they are obliged to do so by law or if they process such information on behalf of the company.
      • These data are only statistical analysis material and therefore the cookie data are not combined in any way with other data you provide us with. Our use of Google Analytics and the like does not constitute processing of your personal data.
    2. Google AdWords – behavioural advertising and other Google tools
      • Google AdWords and other Google tools use “cookies” technology, which are text files placed on your device,to remember which websites were visited from your device.
      • Google collects the information generated by the use of cookies on its servers and uses this information to serve ads on other websites that you visit.
      • We, as advertisers using Google services, do not have access to the cookie data stored on your device, but we can order advertisements to recipients of our choice, e.g. all persons who have visited our website in the last 7 days.
      • Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such persons process the information on behalf of Google.
      • these data are only statistical material for us and we only order advertisements on the basis of aggregate criteria (to specific target groups and not to a specific user) and therefore the data from the cookies are not combined in any way with other data you provide us with.
      • our use of the Google Adwords tool and the like does not constitute processing of your personal data.
    3. Facebook conversion pixel.
      • our website may use the so-called “Facebook conversion pixel” of the social network Facebook to manage ads on Facebook and Instagram and to carry out remarketing activities.
      • the Facebook pixel is designed to track the visits and behavior of users moving around the website. This allows us to order ads on Facebook to those who have been on the website (remarketing) or on individual subpages of the website.
      • we then receive only statistical data from Facebook on the effectiveness of the ads, without reference to specific people. In this way we can check the effectiveness of ads on Facebook and Instagram for statistical and market research purposes.

    4. Other advertising and remarketing tools
      • our website may sometimes use other tools to support us in our advertising activities and remarketing.

      • These tools are designed to track the visits and behaviour of users moving around the website. This allows you to target advertisements to those people who have been on the website (remarketing) or on individual subpages of the website.
      • This data is only material for statistical analysis and we only commission advertising on the basis of aggregate criteria (to specific target groups and not to a specific user), so the data from these tools are not combined in any way with other data, that you give us.
  7. Do I have access to my personal information? Can I revoke my prior consent to receive commercial information?
    1. Remember that you have access to your personal data at all times. You can receive a free copy of your personal data.

    5. On our website you can manage your cookie settings (via the “Privacy settings” link) so that without our knowledge and interference, e.g. withdraw or reapprove individual groups of tools that we use on it.
  9. Is my personal data protected?
    1. Your data is protected by us, by applying organisational and technical measures that are necessary and appropriate to prevent the risk of your rights or freedoms being infringed.
    2. In particular, we protect your personal data against unauthorized access, as well as against damage or loss.
    3. The security of data transmission is ensured by using the SSL transmission protocol (SecureSocketLayer). SSL encrypts data before it is sent from your browser and decrypts it when it arrives safely at the server serving the website.
  10. Final provisions.
    1. The principles set out in the Privacy Policy are governed by Polish law.
